Ingredients
- 1 lt of extra virgin oil.
- 1 thinly slice onion.
- Minced calf meat (600g).
- 1 carrot sliced in pieces.
- 1 minced pumpkin in small pieces.
- 2 pressed garlic pieces.
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
- 2 tablespoons flour.
- Fresh tomato sauce with basil (400g)
- Basil leaves (quarter of cup)
- Panna (300ml).
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 pieces of pizza cheese
- Minced cheese (Parmiggiano cheese)
METHOD
Step 1
First warm the furnace in 180-200 degree. Grease with butter the base of the baking pan. After that let the paper up the baking pan in 2 cm difference beside them.
Step 2
Warm up the extra virgin oil in the saucepan ,after add the garlic pieces and cook them for 5 min.
Also add the minced calf meat,after add the carrots with the minced pumpkin and cook them for 8 min. Put the tomatoe sauce with 1 tabblespone of flour. Cook also that for 2min and after put inside half glass of water,pepper and salt. Warm down a bit the temperature. Let 10min.the saucepan in pause after that.
Step 3
Combine the egg, bananas, flour, a cup of grated cheese and mix all them in a pan.
Step 4
Line up a layer of lasagna, a layer of mass and a layer of prepared béchamel sauce. Repeat steps until several layers are obtained. Divide the surface with the remaining minced meat, béchamel and pizza cheese over it, and set them to bake.
Step 5
Bake the plate for 30 minutes until the cheese melts. Let stand for 15 minutes outside after it is ripe. Serve with Padano granola or parmesan cheese.
