Chicken chorrizo with grilled vegetables

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken fillet (500g).
  • Chicken wings (300g).
  • 2 spicy sausssages cutted diagonally.
  • 2 portions of Mediterrean mix vegetables roasted on the gril. Each portion 350g.
  • 4 thin slices of integral bread.
  • Hummus sauce (200g).

PREPARATION

Step 1

Warm the grill in half temperature. Sprinkle the chicken fillets and chicken wings with olive oil and than place them in the grill, making sure that they are evenly baked for 10 minutes. Put them on a plate and cover them to keep them warm.

Step 2

Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil Cook them on the grill for 2-3min. on both sides or till cook them until the will get a bit thickened. Place them in the plate where are the chicken fillets and wings.  Also bake the slices of bread on the grill for 1 min. by both sides and serve them with the garnish and hummus.
