Stages of the recruitment and selection process
In order for the Company to ensure that the principles of recruitment and selection are properly and consistently implemented, the recruitment and selection process usually involves the following steps.

  • Publication of vacancy notice on internal and external sites
  • Acceptance of applicationsEvaluate all requirements and prepare the list of selected candidates
  • Contact for interview / test only of selected candidates
  • In the event that many candidates meet the requirements of the position a pre-interview or pre-test may be performed
  • Written interview and testing for shortlisted candidates; usually 3-5 candidates are invited
  • Verification of work references and educational credentials
  • Selection
  • Job offer

  • Signatory of the contract
  • Informing the parties about the outcome of the process.
